Seneca residents may reserve the shelter for family reunions, graduation parties, birthday parties, etc. for a charge of $25.00; non-resident fee is $50.00 If you choose to use the kitchen, the fee is $50.00 for village residents - non-resident kitchen fee is $100.00 Checks to be made to the Village of Seneca. Park Reservations are subject to all statues and administrative rules governing the park.  One booking per form.  Reservations are accepted in person, by mail or payment drop box located outside Village Hall.  NO PHONE RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTED.  All kitchen trash/food must be cleaned up and disposed of in garbage cans provided outside.  Any items left behind or clean-up will result in revocation of deposit and future requests for Crotty Park.  Form and fees are required at time of reservations.  Reservations for Crotty Park accepted only after January 1st.  Go to download page for Crotty Park reservation form. Contact Village Hall (815) 357-8771 to reserve Crotty Park. Please remember any payment and completed form are due prior to reservation. You may utilize the E-Pay program through this website for payment.
